Webb Street's New Shop Row Keeps Daytime Hours

At 34 Webb St., one block off Canton Street, a short row of western-style shopfronts holds six small businesses. The suites run from 208 to 504 square feet. The coffee shop seats eight at four two-top tables, and you order through a service window. Most of the row filled in over the course of 2026.

Because the rooms are so small, each one has its own owner and its own schedule. Those schedules are what shape a visit. Every shop that posts its hours is closed by 6 p.m. Only one opens before 11 a.m. On weekdays, all of them are open at the same time for just two or three hours in the early afternoon. If you want to see the whole row in one stop, Saturday is the day to go.

Who's in the row, and when each door is open

The Webb Collective's leasing site lists six merchants in Building 1. Here's what each one has posted:

Suite Merchant What it sells Posted hours
101 Seams Right Vintage clothing and accessories Not published
102 West + Peak Hand-poured candles, workshops, gifts Tue–Wed 1–5, Thu 12–5, Fri 12–6, Sat 11–5, Sun 12–4; Mon closed or by appointment
103 Roswell Supply Co. Roswell-branded apparel, hats, mugs Same as West + Peak
104 V's Coffee Collab House-roasted coffee, local pastries Tue–Sun 7–3; Mon reserved for roasting
201 Chu Cho Churros and chocolate Not published
202 Fitzgerald's Dinnerware rentals and gifts Tue–Fri 12–5, Sat 11–4; Sun–Mon closed

The table makes the overlap easy to spot. From Tuesday through Friday, the four storefronts with posted hours are all open only between about noon or 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., when V's closes. On Saturday that window stretches from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Sunday, Fitzgerald's is closed. On Monday, V's is roasting, Fitzgerald's is closed, and West + Peak is open by appointment only.

The rest of this post follows the row through the day, from the first open door to the evening crowd that sets up on the corner.

7 a.m.: V's Coffee Collab has the block to itself

If you're on Webb Street before 11 a.m., the only place open is V's Coffee Collab in Suite 104. The Roswell Ledger reported on Oct. 1, 2026 that the shop opened in September. It's owner Harrison Bernard's first brick-and-mortar location after several years as a roasting and catering business.

The whole space is 473 square feet. Bernard roasts every bean in-house and sorts the coffee into three groups named for musical modes, Lydian, Dorian and Locrian. The groups are based on tasting notes, so they don't tell you how dark the roast is. The shop has no full kitchen, so the food is pastries and baked goods from local vendors.

The small room is a deliberate choice. Bernard explained the seating plan this way:

"I prefer if people come with a friend and sit and have a conversation."

Every retail bag has rotating artwork and a QR code that links to the artist's page. The current bag features "Fox and Friend" by Ali Leja, a self-taught artist based in Johns Creek. In April, Bernard said he planned to host Saturday markets and performances. An outdoor patio and stage were in the works then, and no completion date has been announced.

On weekdays, V's closes at 3 p.m., before most of its neighbors have been open three hours. So the morning coffee crowd and the afternoon shoppers don't see much of each other.

Midday: candles, vintage and churros wake up

By noon on Thursday and Friday, or 1 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, West + Peak and Roswell Supply Co. are open in Suites 102 and 103. Owners Nicole and Mike Dorazil moved their candle studio, West + Peak, to Webb Street this year and opened Roswell Supply Co. next door as a companion shop. Roswell Inc. featured both in its summer 2026 new-business roundup. West + Peak calls itself a candle studio, workshop space and gift store, and every candle is hand-poured in Roswell. Roswell Supply Co. stocks apparel, provisions and books, and the current collection includes Roswell-branded clothing, hats and mugs.

The candle workshops are the one activity on the row you can book ahead:

  • $60 per person
  • Two 10-ounce candles each
  • BYOB
  • Online booking required in advance
  • Candles ready for pickup the next day

Because pickup is the next day, a workshop means two trips to Webb Street. Plan your return around the studio's hours, which start at 1 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Seams Right in Suite 101 held a ribbon cutting on Sept. 18, 2026, marking its first retail location. It sells vintage clothing and accessories, including T-shirts, jeans, outerwear, hats and jorts. It hasn't posted store hours, so the shop's Instagram is the place to check before you go.

Upstairs in Suite 201, the leasing site lists Chu Cho as a current merchant. In May, Business Debut reported that the Roswell shop would be the brand's first U.S. location. It planned made-to-order churros with your choice of fillings, toppings and coatings, plus hot and cold chocolate drinks. At the time, the opening was waiting on permit work for a grease trap. We haven't found a dated opening announcement or posted hours. Chu Cho's Instagram is the most direct way to confirm the shop is open before you plan dessert around it.

Afternoon: Fitzgerald's, for anyone hosting this season

Fitzgerald's in Suite 202 is the shop on the row best suited to planning ahead. It's both a dinnerware-rental showroom and a gift shop, with table settings, china, glassware and décor. According to the store's FAQ, rental orders take a refundable 25% deposit. You can pick up in the store or choose delivery, and the company doesn't handle setup or takedown.

That last detail matters as Thanksgiving and holiday dinners get closer. Fitzgerald's closes at 5 p.m. on weekdays, 4 p.m. on Saturday, and stays closed Sunday and Monday. If you're picking up place settings for a dinner party, you'll need to fit the trip into a weekday afternoon or a Saturday before 4.

Oct. 15: the season's last Alive in Roswell, right at the corner

The row's daytime hours meet the evening crowd on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, when Alive in Roswell runs from 5 to 9 p.m. The City of Roswell hosts the free festival on the third Thursday of each month from April through October, so this is the last one of 2026.

The festival has two venues. One is the Roswell Antique and Interiors Lot at the intersection of Canton Street and Webb Street, with music, a beverage tent, local artists, merchants and nonprofit groups. The other is Canton Street itself, which closes to cars from Hwy 9 to Norcross Street, with vendors along Canton Street and Elizabeth Way. Dogs are welcome on a leash. The city's event map shows parking at City Hall, the Cultural Arts Center, East Alley, Green Street and north Mimosa Boulevard. You can also text ROSWELLEvent to 888777 for weather and traffic alerts during the event.

Check the timing against the table above. On a Thursday, V's closes at 3 p.m., and West + Peak and Fitzgerald's both close at 5 p.m., the same hour the festival starts. None of the row's posted hours mention festival nights. To shop the Webb Collective and then walk over to the Antique Lot, plan to arrive between 3 and 4 p.m.

What's next for Webb Street

The row is still growing. The leasing site shows a Phase II rendering of a two-story brick building with a courtyard, fountain and rooftop terrace, and that phase is still pre-leasing. Around the corner, the Roswell Ledger reported in August that Hal's "The Steakhouse" plans to open in spring 2027 at 4 Elizabeth Way, in the former Go With The Flow building at Canton Street and Elizabeth Way.

Until then, the Webb Collective's posted hours run from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the longest stretch when every shop with posted hours is open together is Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

At The House Chick, we love the small shops that make downtown Roswell feel like home. If you're thinking about how a walk-to-Canton-Street address could fit your next chapter, or how to show your own home at its best, let's talk over a coffee from V's.
