After 21 wonderful years in my East Cobb/Roswell home, I recently made my own move to Woodstock — a change that has deepened my empathy for what my clients experience during this process. Packing up memories, creating new ones, and stepping into a fresh season of life reminded me how personal and emotional each move truly is. That firsthand experience now shapes the way I serve my clients — with heightened understanding, patience, and care for every detail.

Why the House Chick? When considering my logo, I wanted to keep it simple, memorable, and friendly. I also wanted it to reflect a piece of me therefore; I added my first name to make it personal. A brand was born: Jodi The House Chick. I have lived in Roswell for 25 years (both Fulton then Cobb County.) I am married to my college sweetheart and we have two boys. I love coffee, football, home decor and exercising. I am a BIG supporter of small businesses (see Jodi’s picks page)
