I absolutely LOVE being a REALTOR®. My favorite part of being a real estate professional is the people and relationships. It is my passion to serve others as an advisor in the real estate transaction (each is unique). I consider it a privilege to walk alongside and counsel clients in this journey of buying and selling their home. My goal is to go above and beyond for each client that I have the pleasure of working with. By the time we get to the closing table, we all have accomplished so much, it truly feels like a celebration! It’s not an accomplishment to submit a contract or put a For Sale sign in the yard. The accomplishment happens when we get to the closing table and the buyer reaches for the keys for the first time or the seller receives the funds from the sale of their property. The journey starts with a DREAM. Dream of the home where they can live their best life for the season each family is living. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, empty nester, or moving up to a bigger home or better location, it starts with a DREAM. For a BUYER, the DREAM starts with a wish list of what the home will look like, the lifestyle of how they will live in that home, the family needs that home will fulfill. The search can take weeks, months or years, but once that home is found…it’s up to me to negotiate ALL the terms and conditions to get a WIN-WIN deal. I love to negotiate!! I manage that transaction to the smallest detail, contracts, amendments, inspections, appraisal, contingencies, so my clients can focus on the dream and their busy lives.
For a SELLER, I am a partner to get their home sold at the highest possible price. It starts with a consultation where I provide valuable tips to get your home prepared for market and appeal to the majority of home buyers. This list can take time to accomplish so the sooner we connect the better. This advice has helped previous clients get top dollar for their home and set neighborhood records.
